A chicken seldom comes alone, like this gang here, lots of chicken and that even in two different sizes.

They are a quick and easy decoration, just before Easter, which can also be crocheted by a beginner.

The legs are simply woven.


needed knowledge:

ch chain
sc single crochet
st slip stitch
mc magic circle
dec decrease
inc increase


needed equipment:

* hook no 12/ C and 8/ G for the big chicken
* darning needle
* scissors



needed materials: (for one chicken)

* left overs in a shade of purple
* left overs in yellow, red and white
* two half breads in black, about 0,15 inches/ 0,25 inches for the big one
* stuffing


Gauge: 24 stitches * 22 rows = 10* 10 cm (Schachenmayr Catania)
The ready crochet chicken will become about 2,5 inches (without legs)/ 5 inches tall.
