This little turtles will be about 25 cm/ 10 inches long and 20 cm/ 8 inches high when crochet.

They will surely delight every child's heart, whether in between, as an Easter or a birthday present.

A little patience is required to crochet the turtle, but difficult techniques are not used. It's just a little tricky to sew the shield together.

The instructions consist of detailed explanations and many pictures.

needed materials:

* 50 g green/ beige
* 50 g medium green/ brown
* 50 g light green/ off white
* leftovers in white, beige and black
* stuffing

needed equipment:

* hook no 11/ C
* darning needle
* scissors

Gauge: 26 stitches* 24 rows = 10* 10 cm / 4 * 4 inches
I used Schachenmayr Catania.
The turtles will be about 12 inches long and 10 inches tall.
